Your Member Area
When you log in to our website you get access to your Member Area, where you can check your balance and even ask about a loan.
You need to ask us to activate your Member Area before you can use this feature and you can do this at our office or over the phone. We will ask you some extra security questions to confirm your identity if you do this over the phone.
Once your Member Area is activated, you can log in using the form in the top right corner of the website. If you’re using a mobile or tablet, you will need to tap on ‘Login’ to get to the form.
You will need the these details to log in:
Your username is your member number, in digits.
You will need a password to keep your account secure. This needs to be something that is easy for you to remember but hard for anyone else to guess.
You choose your password when you ask us to activate your Member Area.
Date of Birth or Postcode
For extra security, the website will also ask you for your date of birth, which should be in the format DD/MM/YYYY, or your postcode.
You must let us know if you move house and provide evidence of your new address for our records.
Our system updates periodically and any changes made may not be displayed on your Member Area until the following day. You can always get an up-to-date statement from the Credit Union.
